The pebbles left trough the millennia by the Progno river originated the stony soil where we grow our Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso vines. This wine is a product of total elegance that comes from a wise use of the traditional Ripasso technique which allows it to preserve and develop its natural qualities of pleasantness and structure longer in time. A nice overall balance makes it particularly drinkable with a modern and sinuous style.
Food pairing: Ideal for meat appetizers and cheeses with average aromatic or spicy character.
